​Light in Progress Studios

Jon Adam Gilliam is a juried artist based in Nashville, TN, whose experiences have fueled his desire to create and present the world from a unique perspective. In 2013, he founded Light in Progress Studios to express his inner light through canvas.

With a passion for painting that began in childhood, Adam is driven by a continuous desire to grow and improve. His vibrant artwork reflects his love for animals, nature, color, and spirit. He frequently paints at live music events and festivals, has taught art classes for several years, and is actively establishing a strong presence in local art communities.

He had work featured in the Pensacola Museum of Art and has been selected for numerous juried events. Murals in Pensacola and Huntsville can be seen in several locations with more to come! Commissioned works and prints are available, as well as mural installations or lessons so feel free to reach out at any time!
